Deliveries
Your product(s) are printed to order locally. To do our bit for the environment we decided that delivery and pick up is at the school. When your product(s) are ready we will contact you by email to confirm the dates below.
Your order will be ready for pick up from FIS from the 4th December 2023 (14:30 - 16:00) from FIS. If you are unable to make these dates then please email us to agree a pick up.
Exchange / Refund Policy
If you are not completely satisfied or ordered the wrong size, you can return any unworn items (in their original condition) within 14 days of receiving your delivery for a full refund. Please contact us through our contact page to advise us of any problem. This does not affect your rights to return faulty items.
what you can’t send back?
Unfortunately, some items are non-cancelable and non-refundable:
- Anything that’s made to your specific requirements (ie: outside of standard variation options offered to all customers), is personalised or otherwise can't be resold due to a bespoke element
Fabric weight / density?
Fabric weight / density helps explain the thickness of textile products. It is a measurement that provides the base weight of the fabric, given as a value of grams per square metre.

Gift Cards
The Gift Card is not a credit or charge Gift Card.
Kool4School Gift Cards can be exchanged for products, online at KOOL4SCHOOL.DE
The balance on the Gift Card may be used for full or part payment of the EURO cost of KOOL4SCHOOL products. To check your balance online please EMAIL info@kool4school.de
No change will be given but any unused balance will remain on the Gift Card and may be applied to future purchases.
Gift Cards can be used towards the purchase of goods at a higher price than its face value upon payment of the difference.
The Gift Card cannot be exchanged or redeemed in whole or part for cash, and is valid for 3 years after purchase.
Promotional offers may not apply to Gift Card purchases.
No VAT is charged when buying the Gift Card, but purchases paid for using the Gift Card are subject to VAT.
Keep the Gift Card safe and treat it as cash. We will not accept any liability for lost, stolen or damaged Gift Cards or for any remaining balance on the Gift Card.
If you have made an Online payment with a Gift Card in whole or part and any item paid for using the Gift Card is accepted for return the amount owing will be added to the original Gift Card.

We may withdraw or cancel the Gift Card and require an alternative form of payment if we suspect that the Gift Card may have been stolen or fraudulently used. Further action may also be taken.
We reserve the right to amend or supplement these conditions or discontinue the Gift Card at any time.
Redemption of Gift Cards Online
To use a Gift Card in full or part payment for orders made Online:
When proceeding to checkout, select ‘Enter the GIFT CARD number’. and the value will be deducted.
Select the ‘APPLY’ button to proceed with the payment.
If the value of the items purchased Online is less than the total value of the Gift Card, you can re-enter the same Gift Card details on another occasion to redeem the remaining balance on your Gift Card.
If the value of the items purchased online is more than the total value of the Gift Card, you will need to pay the balance using additional Gift Cards , or a credit/debit card.
Green credentials
All clothing products are manufactured with organic and recycled materials. All items are printed in Herzogenaurach.
Labels / Laundry Markers
We recommend that you add your child's name and grade to all garments to make sure it can be identified when misplaced or lost. There are many services online where you can buy iron on labels with your child’s name or you can buy a laundry marker in many stores (e.g. Müller).

Ordering schedules
There are several main time windows for you to place and receive your orders. The next planned order window is from. 27 October to 18 November 2023.See Deliveries for more detail.
Payments
All payments are made through SHOPIFY PAYMENTS (credit cards, bank transfer) or PAYPAL.
Personalisation Guidelines
For the personalisation of your hoodie, you can use your first and/or last name or a nickname that is closely related to your actual name or an alternative name known by the school. In cooperation with the school, we kindly ask to not use fantasy names as it is difficult to determine which of those are appropriate to wear at official school events in conjunction with the school brand. Special characters should only be used for the correct spelling of your name.
A good sense check is whether it would be appropriate for a teacher to call you by that name. Here are a few examples:

Price increase in 2024
Commencing January 1, 2024 we are increasing the price of some products so we can continue bringing you the quality and service you expect from us. We have kept our prices the same for the past 2 years, but with energy and supply chain costs rising, as well as fees for card payments we can no longer absorb the increasing costs. Washing Instructions
Wash similar colours together, at 30 degrees, DO NOT use tumble drier, DO NOT iron on print, wash and iron inside out and ensure zips are fastened.
